شروط تملك الأجانب للعقارات داخل مصر 🏡
جاء القانون 230 سنة 1996 ينظم هذا الامر إذا كان شخص طبيعي /اعتباري
ووضع له شروط
1_ لا يجوز للأجنبي أن يتملك عقارين على الأكثر
2_ أن يكون هذا العقار الذي يتملكه الأجنبي لا يزيد مساحته عن 4000 متر مربع
إذا تم شراء العقار فإن الأجنبي ملزم ببنائه خلال 5 سنين فقط ..فإذا إنقضت هذه المدة دون أن يبدأ في البناء زيدت مدة الحظر من التصرف فيه مدة مساوية للتأخر في البناء ممنوع تملك الأجانب في المناطق الحدودية + محافظة شمال سيناء 
صدر قرار إداري سنة 2005 استثني مدينة "شرم الشيخ" من القواعد السابقة بجواز الانتفاع فيها لمدة 99 سنة فقط وليس تملك حر ..
Q/ Is it permissible for a foreigner to own real estate in Egypt?
A / Yes.. It is permissible for a foreigner to own real estate in Egypt
Law 230 of 1996 regulates this matter if it is a natural / legal person
and set conditions
1_ It is not permissible for a foreigner to own two properties at most
2_ That the property owned by the foreigner does not have an area of more than 4000 square meters
If the property is purchased, the foreigner is obliged to build it within 5 years only.. If this period elapses without starting construction, the prohibition period from disposing of it is increased for a period equal to the delay in construction It is forbidden to own foreigners in the border areas + North Sinai Governorate An administrative decision was issued in 2005 that excluded the city of "Sharm el-Sheikh" from the previous rules by permitting us to use it for a period of 99 years only and not free ownership..
